The wine
Deep ruby with violet glints. Red fruit and plum on the nose, then vanilla, chocolate and a hint of tobacco from the oak. Structured on the palate with soft tannins and a long vanilla-mocha finish. A wine that goes with the dish without taking over, by the glass or by the bottle.
